Now we have politicians, not from the state of Wisconsin, ignoring issues and problems in their own states and districts complaining and whining about what’s happening here in Wisconsin.
The ad is from Rohit Khanna an American politician, lawyer, and academic serving as the U.S. Representative from California's 17th congressional district since 2017. And of course, posted by another resident of California, who has no inkling of what the job market or current employee staffing issues are going on here in Wisconsin. If either of these individuals would bother to drive around the state they’d not be so quick to be pushing their talking points. Locally and as we travel to the Superior, Wisconsin area and even into Duluth, Minnesota minimum starting wages from the displayed ad photos are $15/hr and more. I also wonder if either of these individuals has ever held a job in the private sector.
